Lancaster claims Stewart will quit writing and performing music when their child is born because his determined to be a good father.
She told Now magazine: “Rod’s at the point where performing is not the be-all and end-all. He wants to focus on having a family because he didn’t have the chance to do that before. He’s really turned a corner.”
Lancaster is clearly keen for the popular singer to cut back his touring commitments and used the magazine interview to put pressure on him to settle down and stay at home.
She added: “That’s what I’ve always wanted – to be with the man I love and to have our child. Nothing else could make me this happy.”
