Radio 2 is searching for the UK’s favourite number two single! They want to know which number two hit you think should have been a number one record.
A panel of music experts, including some of Radio 2’s DJs, have compiled a list of around 100 classic number two hits, and they want you to vote for your favourite.
Rod’s 1976 single The Killing Of Georgie is included in the list of songs to vote for.
They will be compiling your votes at the end of December, and then on New Year’s Day at 2pm, Tony Blackburn will count down the Top 40 votes to reveal the UK’s favourite
number two Single! The winning single will be given an honourary number one award from the Official Charts Company, live on the show.
Voting closes at midday on Monday 10 December so vote now and make sure Rod and The Killing Of Georgie are included.
