On arrival back in the UK, Rod braved the storms that were battering the UK and attended a match with the young Hoops team he helps coach on the way out he bumped into Gary Seaborne the son of well known SMILER member Jeff .

This weeks Rod art has a sweet twist, Creative Cake Art Melbourne have designed this stunning rock star cake for a lucky fans 21st Birthday
Creative Cake Art was set up by Sarah Theaker in 2007.
Sarah was born in London and trained in illustration.
It was while working at a children’s art centre that she first became interested in cake sculpting, after seeing (and tasting) the children’s cakes at birthday parties held there.
Sarah met her Australian husband Chris in London and they relocated to Melbourne where she set up the business a few years later.
Sarah was recently awarded Cake Sculptor of the Year by the Australian Cake Decorators Association and told SMILER this week “A lady ordered it for her son. He loves Rod Stewart. Bruce Springsteen and Slash…. So I created some sugar caraicatures!”

We have have also noticed loads of these very real looking posts claiming to work for Rod/Be Rod/Official Fan Clubs/Official clothing company’s we have even had reports of people asking for money for charity and recently had quite a few emails asking if these messages are from Rod, they are totally nothing to with Rod, It is up to you how you spend your money but be careful
