Free Sexy Download

Canadian producers and DJs PINEO & LOEB have released a great Remix Rod Stewart x N-Trance – Do Ya Think I’m Sexy’ and are offering us all a free download
Speaking to SMILER this week PINEO & LOEB said “We absolutely love Rod Stewart. Happy to share the link with you!”
Adding “We tour the continent as DJs and always wanted a version of Da Ya Think I’m Sexy to fit into our DJ sets, so we decided to make one! We teased the remix in a production video and got a really positive response so there was excitement leading up to the release. We incorporated parts from the N-Trance 90s dance version of the song, as well as the Vitamin String Quartet cover that you can hear throughout in our version. We actually sent it to N-Trance and they said they liked our version which was very motivating. We’re so happy at the positive response it’s had so far”.

Silk Road Bazaar..A great story
During our searches for special Rod art items we recently heard about Silk Road Bazaar, it’s great ornaments and and it’s very special story

We loved the handmade ornaments of both the recognisable people like Her Majesty The Queen, Elton John, The Beatles, Freddie Mercury, Rod and also some adorable animals

Kelly Mullaney, Operations Manager at Silk Road Bazaar told SMILER this week “Our Rod Stewart ornament is handmade by our talented women artisans located in remote regions across Kyrgyzstan. The ornament is certified fair trade and is made from locally sourced sheep’s wool using needle felting techniques that are local to the region. The inspiration for the Rod Stewart ornament actually came from our customers! We had received quite a few requests over the last year or so to create a Rod Stewart ornament that really captured who he was as a musician. After going back and forth with a few designs we finally came up with one that we thought represented him perfectly, with a microphone in hand!”

Annabel’s 4th anniversary
The week ended back where we started with a night in Annabel’s with Rod and Penny attending Annabel’s 4th anniversary soiree – themed in honour of the iconic 1970s New York club, Studio 54.
Annabel’s is one of the UK’s most exclusive members’ clubs with a waiting list numbering in the thousands, with the social spot frequented by celebrities, aristocrats and royalty.
In 2018, £65million was spent on moving Annabel’s – which was opened in 1963 by entrepreneur Mark Birley and named after his wife Lady Annabel Goldsmith – to a Grade I-listed townhouse two doors down from its original address on Berkeley Square.
Annabel’s opened its doors at its new address of 46 Berkeley Square in 2018. The club occupies 26,000 sq ft and offers members space to work, dine and entertain.

For the event Rod wore a black and silver embroidered jacket with a crisp white shirt and black trousers, while Penny put wore a silver mini-dress and white knee length boots. Rod and Penny were pictured with Supermodel Naomi Campbell and British Vogue Editor-in-Chief Edward Enniful.

Taking to Instagram to share a picture of herself and Rod at the event, Penny noted that venue bosses were supporting the rescue of Ukrainian citizens following the Russian invasion. She wrote: ‘Celebrating 4 years of @annabelsmayfair in studio 54 style as they support the rescue effort in the Ukraine.’
As Rod and Penny left the party they were approached by a man holding a Celtic shirt with the Rod’s name on the back looking for a signature. But Rod quizzed his knowledge by asking him who the Hoops captain was, when the man struggled to come up with an answer, Rod wouldn’t sign the shirt and carried on into a waiting car.
One eyewitness told The Scottish Sun “Rod got into a disagreement with an autograph hunter who wanted him to sign a Celtic shirt with One Rod Stewart written on the back.
“But Rod decided to question the guy about who he supported.
“And when he said “Celtic” Rod asked him who the club captain was.
“The guy wasn’t able to tell him so Rod just told him to jog on and got into the car and left.
“He seemed pretty annoyed.”

And finally…you’re nicked!

Penny revealed on Loose Women this week that she has made her first arrest as a police officer after pulling over a drug driving suspect. In her role as a special constable with the City of London Police she was recently on mobile patrol with colleagues when they stopped a car with two people inside.
Penny admitted she had a bit of stage fright as she nearly forgot how to read the man his rights but said her training soon kicked in, she then took the suspect into custody and said she was pleased to achieve the milestone in her policing career.
She said: ‘My first arrest was a drug drive. There were a couple of suspects whose vehicle was pulled over and a test was taken on the side of the road which came back positive for cannabis so driving under the influence.
‘I was given the wink and the nod by the officers that were with me.
‘First of all I did get a bit of a stage struck moment where I felt all the words of the caution had left me but luckily they came into action and all my training proved important there.
‘I made the arrest and brought the suspect back to custody and I told them the necessity for the arrest and went through the usual procedures there.’
