Rod played his last dates in Vegas on Friday 2nd Saturday 3rd and Wednesday 7th …Well back to Wednesday later..
Despite many reports of security being way over the top confiscating gifts, cameras, flags and banners and ruining the night for some fans by throwing them out of the venue..even of our photographers was ejected! Rod was on top form and Roland Macher, Marcy Braunstein, Daniel Beirne and Vicky Phillips Marrow were there to capture some fantastic shots ..here are a selection from Friday and Saturday
Rod decided to show a meme that mocked Former US President Donald Trump for being ‘orange’ The image projected onto the screen behind him showed four images of Trump, with his skin on a gradient going from white to orange. The caption of the image parodied Trump’s recent comments about Kamala Harris as it read: ‘I didn’t know he was orange until a number of years ago, when he happened to turn orange.
‘I respect either one, but he obviously doesn’t and now he wants to be known as Orange. All of a sudden he made a turn and became an Orange person. I think someone should look into that.’

Wolfie’s first Anniversary
Rod celabrated the first anniversary of Wolfie’s Whisky at The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails with guests treated to acapella performances of “Have I Told You Lately That I Love You,” and a sing-along of “Ooh La La” while sipping on Rockstar Martinis and Do Ya Think I’m Sexy cocktails made from of course Wolfie’s Whisky.

The Encore Shows
On Wednesday Rod announced 12 new dates for 2025 just as his Las Vegas residency was set to end.
“Vegas, I’m having too much fun for this to end so we are coming back for an encore!” said Rod in a social media post.
“Rod Stewart: The Hits” ends tonight at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. But 12 more concerts, dubbed “The Encore Shows,” will now follow in the spring. Presales begin on Thursday, Aug. 8. General ticketing begins at 10AM PT on Monday, Aug. 12. All shows begin at 7:30PM. The complete list of dates is below.
