No More Tam ?

Rod wrote “My favourite newspaper, The Daily Record, has laid off my dear pal Tam Cowan.
“Whatever the reason, I shall miss his column immensely,” Stewart added before slipping a dig in toward today’s politically correct era.
“Tam’s writing was always witty and light-hearted but cut through the BS of modern society.
Adding “Farewell Tam I will miss you mate, but I must keep on reading the Record… Sir Rod Stewart,”

Tam replied to Rod with a post of his own, thanking Rod for his support “Sincere thanks to my auld pal @sirrodstewart for the kind words on his social media this morning.
“And apologies once again, mate, for the bum note I hit when [SWIPE] you shoved the mic under my nose @caesarspalace back in August…” he added, referring to the slideshow of pictures he’d posted of the two on Instagram.
SMILER would like to wish Tam all the very best in whatever he does next and say “Thanks for all the times you have helped us over the years”
