On stage in Vegas
The Vegas shows continued last week, Caesars Entertainment Regional President of Caesars Entertainment Sean McBurney who presented Rod with the big plaque marking the 200th last week did some fact-checking with Rod “I confirmed it with him. I said, ‘Rod, it’s official now that you’ve played the Coliseum at Caesars Palace more than any other venue in the world,’” McBurney said during a phone chat Saturday. “And he looked at me and said, ‘Oh, god yes.’”
Rod has now played the Colosseum since 2011, a longer tenure than any headliner aside from Jerry Seinfeld, who premiered at the venue in 2003.
“It’s an honor to have him here. He’s Rod Stewart, and he could play anywhere in the world,” McBurney said. “For him to choose us is very humbling.” and this week and here are some pictures from the shows

If you are wondering who the young lady in the photo is Karen say’s “She was a young fan who was in the far corner of Section 6. When Rod goes to those far sides of the stage, sometimes fans get a nice surprise!”

Penny took to Instagram as last week came to an end to reveal that one of the family much-loved pet dogs, Bubbles, has sadly passed away.
Sharing her grief in an emotional post, Penny wrote: “Our fur baby Bubbles. I still think you left too soon, but I’m thankful for your time.” adding poignantly: “Heaven’s lucky to have you and so was I.”
