Rod Stewart has been forced to cancel tonight’s show in Dublin at Lansdowne Road because of a throat infection which sadly has not improved. His doctor has insisted that Rod must rest for another 24 hours.
Unfortunately the concert cannot be rescheduled due to the lack of venue availability. Every effort has been made by Rod Stewart and the promoters MCD & OBAM to reschedule this show, but this has proved impossible.
Full ticket refunds for the Dublin Lansdowne Road show will be available from point of purchase from 9:30am on Tuesday 25th June. Rod is extremely disappointed that this concert cannot be rescheduled but has stressed that every effort will be made to make it up to his Irish fans at some point in the very near future.
Rod’s current UK tour resumes on Sunday June 23 in Glasgow at the SECC.
