A new and updated version of the Tim Ewbank and Stafford Hildred 1992 biography will be pulished this autumn.
Tim Ewbank & Stafford Hildred have been tracking Rod’s life for many years, right from the early days of Faces. They first published an account of the life and career of Rod Stewart in 1991 and updated the same biography in 1994.
Since turning 50, life has been as turbulent for him as ever.. marriage to Rachel, two children, marriage breakup, a serious cancer scare, further albums released, massive tours and even an appearance at the Glastonbury Festival, as well as a new blonde on his arm, Penny Lancaster. For this “new and updated” biography they have spoken to many of the important influences in Rod’s life, including past loves Bebe Ruell, Britt Ekland and Rachel Hunter.
The hardback version of ‘Rod Stewart – The New Biography’ will be published on 23 October, priced at £17.99, with the paperback following shortly after.
