According to the New Musical Express, tickets for the Glastonbury Festival were expected to go on sale on Friday 15 February,it now seems certain, however, that they will go on sale a week later on 22 February. The price of a ticket is likely to be £100 which includes a booking fee and a programme for the event. The Glastonbury Festival ticketline is 01159 129 129. Rod will close the three day festival on Sunday 30 June. Other artists tipped to appear include, Blur, Coldplay, Stereophonics, Pulp, The Strokes, the Cure, Radiohead, David Gray and Dido. The event will take place from 28 to 30 of June.
