McFly will perform this year’s Children in Need single.
The double-A sided single features the track, Do Ya, from their latest album Radio:ACTIVE, and a cover version of The Faces classic Stay With Me.
All profits from the track will go to the charity’s 2008 appeal.
Tom from McFly said: “We’re so honoured to be releasing the official single for Children In Need. We’ve performed several times on the live show in the past and it’s always been an amazing night with a fantastic atmosphere.
“Hopefully our single can help raise more money than ever for what is such a great cause.”
The boys will perform both songs on the BBC Children In Need show on November 14. It will be available to download from Sunday November 23, and in stores from Monday November 24.
For fans who can’t wait that long a two-track download will be available to pre-order on the night of November 14, from 7 Digital.
