Rod will release his first album for J Records in September titled ‘Paris Pianos’. The album is a collection of standards, mostly from the thirties and forties, produced by Richard Perry and Phil Ramone and will not feature any original material.

According to Billboard Magazine, “This is a Rod Stewart you’ve never heard before! Whether you know them or not, you’ll have a memorable experience listening to Rod inimitably re-interpret the classics.”

Tracks include: ‘You Go To My Head’, ‘They Can’t Take That Away From Me’, ‘The Way You Look Tonight’, ‘For All We Know’, ‘Where Or When’, ‘It Had To Be You’, ‘Moonglow’, ‘I’ll Be Seeing You’, ‘That Old Feeling’, ‘The Very Thought Of You’, ‘Stormy Weather’ and many more, all produced by Phil Ramone or Richard Perry.

The album is scheduled for worldwide release on 30 September.
