Rod nominated for Grammy Award

Rod is nominated in the Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album category.

Bruce Springsteen, Eminem, Sheryl Crow, Ashanti, Norah Jones, Nelly, Raphael Saadiq, and Avril Lavigne all tied for the lead with five Grammy nominations apiece, which were announced this morning (Jan. 7) in New York. The 2003 Grammys will be handed out Feb. 23 at New York’s Madison Square Garden and broadcast live on CBS.

Rod’s current hit album ‘It Had To Be You – The Great American Songbook’ is nominated as Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album. (For albums containing 51% or more playing time of VOCAL tracks.) The full list of nominees in this category includes:
